Your customer keeps their vehicle’s details on their phone: engine, transmission and VIN, with a link, a QR and a printable sheet.

HEALTH Card. Your patients’ information stays theirs. You hand out the card; each patient activates it with their own account, fills it in and switches it on. Nothing they write reaches you or your practice: you don’t see it, store it or get notified when it’s used. POC Card isn’t a medical record, isn’t connected to your systems and doesn’t replace your patient files. Your practice’s name is printed on the back of the card, and that’s the only link between you and it.
Order your cards
Cards come in batches of 25. The more you order, the less each one costs: US$3.99 each from 25 cards, US$3.49 from 50, and US$2.99 from 100.
