Who sells
POCCard is operated by Alexander Lugo, 1711 W Francis Ave, Midland, TX, United States. Contact: [email protected]
Applicable law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States of America, and any dispute is submitted to the competent courts of the State of Texas.
Who can use POCCard
You must be 18 or older, or of legal age in your state if that is higher (19 in Alabama and Nebraska, 21 in Mississippi). You confirm it when you create your account. If you enter information about a minor, for example on a Health card, you confirm that you are their parent or legal guardian.
What you are buying
- A plan is access for a period. While it is active your card is published; when it ends it pauses, and nothing you wrote is deleted. It does not renew automatically: we never charge your card again unless you buy again, and we remind you before it ends.
- A VIN Card is a one-off right over one vehicle. It does not renew.
- Interpreter credits are seconds of translation. They do not expire on a date.
- A physical object is bought, not rented: its printed address keeps answering even if a plan lapses.
Refunds
30 days from the purchase for plans, the lifetime right and interpreter passes (the unused part of the credits). Physical items (NFC cards, badge holders, Crafters batches) can be refunded until they ship; once shipped they are not refundable. Refunds are handled by a person and paid back through the same gateway.
Use
You are responsible for what you publish on your card or your sheet. We may suspend content that is illegal or that impersonates someone.
Your content and copyright
What you upload stays yours. You give POCCard a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display and reproduce it only to run your card and our service, while it is published. You confirm that you own it or have permission to use it, including other people’s photos, logos and trademarks.
Copyright notices (DMCA, 17 U.S.C. § 512). If you believe something on POCCard infringes your copyright, send a notice to our designated agent:
Designated DMCA agent: Alexander Lugo, 1711 W Francis Ave, Midland, TX 79701, United States. Phone: +1 (432) 599-5325. Email: [email protected]
The notice must include: your physical or electronic signature; the work you say is infringed; the exact address (URL) of the material; your name, postal address, phone and email; a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent or the law; and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.
We remove or disable the material promptly and tell the user who published it. If they believe it was removed by mistake, they can send a counter-notice to the same agent with the elements of 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3); unless the person who complained tells us within 10 business days that they have gone to court, we may restore it within 10 to 14 business days. We close the accounts of repeat infringers.
