Questions people ask before buying.
Do I need to buy a physical card?
No. Your digital profile works on its own: you share it with its QR, its link or from your phone. The physical NFC + QR card is optional. It comes in the Card + lifetime plan or can be bought separately, and shipping is added at checkout.
How many digital profiles does my plan include?
Personal and Personal for life: 2. Teams: 15. Company: 50. The 14-day free trial works like Personal.
What happens when the trial ends or a plan expires?
Your profile stays online in basic mode: name, role, company, phone, WhatsApp, email and photo. Links, social accounts, gallery, design and the contact form switch off until you renew, and nothing is deleted. Paid plans get 15 days of grace first; the trial does not, and we email you 3 days before it ends. Nothing renews or charges you automatically.
What does the lifetime plan include?
The same as Personal, with one payment: 2 digital profiles, contact capture, stats, the paper-card scanner (20 cards a month) and the six designs. It does not expire and does not renew. Card + lifetime adds one physical NFC + QR card.
How do the team plans work?
Teams (15 profiles) and Company (50) are one account. You create and edit every profile from it, one per person, and pick the same design for all of them. There are no separate employee logins or per-person permissions.
When is the physical card made and shipped?
It is a pre-order: we print it and ship it in about 30 days. Shipping is calculated at checkout, by country. Meanwhile your digital profile already works with its own QR and link. A physical card can be returned until it ships.
Does it work on iPhone and Android? What if the phone has no NFC?
The QR opens with any phone camera that reads QR codes, and the link works in any browser. Tapping the card needs NFC: recent iPhones read it with no app, and Android phones need NFC switched on. Without NFC, the QR does the same job.
If I change my details, do the contacts other people saved update too?
No. Saving your contact makes a copy in their phone, and that copy does not update by itself. Your profile, your card's QR and its chip always show the latest version, so they can open it again and save the new details.
