Digital business card prices compared (2026): what you pay over 3 years

A monthly price looks small. Over three years it is not. Here is what each digital business card costs one person and a team of fifteen, added up, with every figure taken from the brand’s own website or app store listing.

Where the figures come from: each brand’s own website, help center or US App Store listing, read on October 18, 2026 (V1CE, which changed its prices, on October 27), and linked at the end of the page. Prices change, and some vary by region: check the source before you decide. If something here is out of date, tell us and we will fix it. We sell one of these products, POC Card, and everything said about it is in the product today.

One person: the cheapest paid plan, added up

The cheapest paid plan of each brand, billed yearly where the brand offers it. Free plans are further down.

Not in the table: Linktree, because its pricing page varies by region and did not show us figures; and Mobilo, because its pricing page showed two different sets of prices and we could not tell which one is current.

What the table does not say: these plans are not the same thing. Blinq Premium includes up to 5 cards and a contact scanner. Popl sells its individual plans inside its app. V1CE’s price is the physical card, paid once, with its CRM and automatic follow-ups included and no monthly fee. Dot’s free profile comes with a device you buy once. POC Card Personal includes 2 profiles, the form where the other person leaves their details, 20 paper-card scans a month and 90 days of statistics; the lifetime plan is the same, keeps the statistics for good and never renews. Read each row as what it costs to keep paying, not as what you get.

Free plans: if one covers you, pay nothing

  • Blinq: free forever, 2 cards, without the contact scanner.
  • HiHello: Personal, free forever, with 5 card scans a month.
  • Popl: a free plan that includes the lead capture form; exporting the leads needs a paid plan.
  • V1CE: a free card page, link, QR code and wallet pass, with no time limit.
  • Dot: the free profile comes with a Dot device you buy once, from US$30.

POC Card has no free plan: it has a 14-day trial with no card on file. If a free plan does what you need, use it. Free plans tend to stop in the same three places: exporting your contacts, scanning paper cards and statistics.

Ours is not the cheapest. We print it and ship it in about 30 days, plus shipping, and the QR printed on it carries your contact inside, so another phone can save you even without signal. If all you want is the plastic, Linktree and Blinq cost less.

A team of 15, for one year

BrandPlanOne year
POC CardTeams: one account, up to 15 profiles, US$149 a yearUS$149
BlinqBusiness: US$4.99 per card a month, billed yearlyUS$898.20
HiHelloBusiness: US$60 per user a yearUS$900
DotTeams Essential: US$8 per member a month, billed yearlyUS$1,440

Popl quotes team prices on request, and V1CE takes up to 30% off its cards for teams without publishing a team price, so neither is in the table.

The difference is not only the price. POC Card Teams is one account that manages the 15 profiles: there are no separate logins, invitations or per-person permissions. If each person has to sign in and edit their own card, or you need single sign-on, that is what Blinq, HiHello and Dot charge per person for.

When you stop paying

  • Blinq: going back to Free, “you won’t lose any cards you’ve already created”.
  • V1CE: the card and its software have no monthly fee; only its optional AI plan is a subscription.
  • Popl, HiHello and Dot: we did not find it on their websites.
  • POC Card: 15 days of grace, then basic mode. Your name, title, company, phone, WhatsApp, email and photo stay visible, and nothing is deleted. The link and the QR you handed out keep working.

How to choose, in four questions

  1. Does a free plan cover you? Then stop here.
  2. Will you use it for more than a year? Against the yearly plans in the table, US$129 once costs less than HiHello, Popl or Blinq from the second year on.
  3. Does each person need their own login, or single sign-on? Then pay per person. POC Card does not have that.
  4. Do you need it in Spanish? The App Store listings of Popl, Blinq and Dot list English only. POC Card is written in English, Spanish, French and Portuguese, not machine-translated.
