If I change my phone number, do I have to reprint the card?
No. What is printed is the address, not the number. You edit it in your account and the next person who scans sees the new one.
Does the QR work without signal?
It depends on which QR. The one printed on the physical card and the one you download open your profile, so they need a connection. The QR at the bottom of your profile on screen carries the contact itself: another phone can save it with no signal, depending on its camera app.
What happens to my card if I stop paying?
It switches to basic mode: whoever scans it still sees your name, role, company, phone, WhatsApp, email and photo, while links, design and the contact form switch off. Nothing you wrote is deleted, and it all comes back when you renew.
Is a vehicle sheet public?
It is not listed or indexed, so nobody finds it by searching. Anyone who has its link can open it and pass it on, so share it only with whom you choose.
Do interpreter credits expire?
No. They are seconds of translation and they are yours until you spend them.
When something fails
Every error screen shows a short code you can read out loud — letters and digits that cannot be confused by ear. Give support that code: with it we can see what happened without you having to describe it.
