Refunds

The window

30 days from the purchase for plans, the lifetime right and interpreter passes (the unused part of the credits). Physical items (NFC cards, badge holders, Crafters batches) can be refunded until they ship; once shipped they are not refundable. Refunds are handled by a person and paid back through the same gateway.

What a refund does

• The money goes back through the same route it came: the payment provider, not us.
• What that purchase granted is withdrawn. A plan stops, a vehicle sheet pauses, credits are taken back. If some were already spent, your balance can go below zero until you buy again.
• If the purchase came through someone’s referral link, the commission is reversed too.

Physical objects

Something already printed and shipped is a different case from a subscription. Ask before returning it.
