Phone, WhatsApp, social links and a «save contact» button, and they can edit it anytime.

One rule: your label or booth must say «Includes 1 year of digital card; then optional renewal directly with POC Card (US$29/year)». Codes are sold with a physical piece, never on their own.

Is the sample really free?
Yes. Message us on WhatsApp and we send you 4 codes: activate one as your own card and use the other three to test the QR code on your material. No purchase needed.
Where do I get the codes after I buy?
In your account, to print as QR codes or to download as a CSV for NFC tags. One code per piece.
Do the codes expire?
Not while they wait in your inventory. The 12 months of the Personal plan start when your customer activates the code.
What happens after the first year?
Your customer can renew directly with POC Card; there is no automatic renewal. If they do not, the card stays online with their basic contact details instead of becoming a dead link.
Can I sell the codes on their own?
No. Codes are sold with a physical piece you make, and your label or booth must say that the first year is included and that renewal is optional, directly with POC Card.
How does the guarantee work?
Once per crafter, on your first batch: within 90 days we refund the codes nobody activated, at the price you paid, and those codes are deactivated. Write to support with your order number.
